Ray Perea
Meet Ray, he has 10 years of hospital/medical background (supervising, administration, registration, insurance policies, billing, EMT, phlebotomy) and 15 years of corporate management experience. Not only does Ray handle the daily responsibilities (staff, operations, admissions, transportation, insurance, resources, events, etc.) just to name a few but Rays heart is with the men. His priority is to meet each client and help identify why they continue to choose the wrong path. Ray participates with (BSF) Men’s Bible Study Fellowship, and is associated with Victor Valley Committee. “I truly believe that Iron sharpens Irons, remove yourself from foolish people or you yourself will become a fool, its extremely critical that we surround ourselves with people who seek the Lord daily”. Ray is blessed with his wife Janet of 25 years and has (3) amazing daughters and (2) Grandchildren who all LOVE the LORD!

Janet’s passion for Jesus and pursuit to see men permanently set free from addiction has been the motivating force behind Revival Recovery. As Executive Director Janet is responsible for all financial reporting to the Board of Directors along with community resources, outreach programs and positive social engagement. She brings 18 years of experience in the accounting and financial industry as well as corporate management. Janet is a leader with (BSF) Women’s Bible Study Fellowship and a leader. Janet has been a positive influence and participates with G.R.O.W – Great Revival of Women Ministry; Janet is married and a proud mother and grandmother. “Jesus Christ is the only solution to every problem we face”

Jose Fuentes

Coming from a line of addiction and witnessing the struggle drugs and alcohol does to a family. Jose heart is to help rebuild family relations. Even though recovery is a long-term practice, life can be joyful during the journey. Jose skill set includes the counsel cycle of addiction; detox, withdrawal, and aftercare that relates to physical, mental and spiritual comfort. In 2007 Jose dedicated his life to the Lord, with an understanding that HE is the foundation of all that we need. “”Thank you God for the patience you instill in me and for loving me and allowing me to return to you.”

Bob has a BA Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work, along with a CADC-II AOD Certification. His educated approach with Physiology, Pharmacology and Substance Abuse helps the client get a better understanding of their current struggle. With group facilitation and the 12-core function process allows the client awareness to grow at a respectful pace. Bob is able to translate the educated process so that the client may understand it and use it for further coping skills. As a recovery addict he understands the importance of the short window opportunity to help clients get the healing needed to stay clean and sober long-term. Tommy holds a CSAC-I, CDAAC AOD Christian Certification along with a Bachelors of Ministry Degree. As a licensed chaplain and Pastor. His fire to fight addiction in all aspects is extremely high. His ability to facilitate and counsel in an inpatient LOC is beyond recognition. Tommy has a heart of Fire for the Lord and his Love and approach is received well with others.“Luke 4:18 The spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. Izzy’s active involvement in student/young adult ministries has equipped him for his Discipleship Role with Revival. Izzy has heart to truly see the captive set free! He is working on his counselor internship and coordinates most outreach and program events.. “The constant struggle between the man I had grown up to be and the man I desired to be, would be both rewarding and tiring. Addiction, confusion and pride would continue to make my Christian walk the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I am no longer, nor do I ever have to be bound by the things of my past. Philippians 1:6 “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Izzy is married and has four beautiful courageous children.

His life has been committed to Christ for over 20 years; he is currently an elder, worship leader and a teacher at his home church along with participation for several years at (BSF) Men’s Bible Study Fellowship as a leader. Phil has been married for 35 years and loves to spend time with his children and grandchildren who all love to worship, and sing to the Lord.

Tom continues to help men and families grow spiritually, with positive guidance and discipleship education. “Matthew 6:33. David has a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, also has MFCC California State License Internship. David is also a Certified Marriage Counselor with the National Association of Marriage Enhancements. David has been involved with Christian orphanage as a counselor, and working with an outreach for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Ministry. “The Lord has blessed our family and I continue to pray for wisdom and patience to serve Him better.”

Dave is a retired Sherriff Deputy, a team builder and motivator that continue to be humble and thankful for what the Lord is doing in his life. Dave is a cancer free survivor and leads HDC Men’s Ministry and Couples Outreach Programs. Dave’s motivation is to help men get back on there feet spiritually and mentally by discussing there failures and goals in life. How to get them accomplished with self-discipline, self-motivation and a heart for survival in the economy world. “I am looking forward to Gods next journey in my life”. He enjoys riding his motorcycle cruiser and fellowship with his brothers in Christ. Dave is married with two children.

As a hard working blue collar worker along with his determination and participation with Narcotics Anonymous. Rick is currently in a leadership role with NAWS Events, Conventions, Local Group Meetings and has a strong understanding of the 12-Step transition Process. But first and foremost his Love for Christ that gives him the motivation to keep looking forward. “Favorite things about being a Christian – having a Father who loves you unconditionally. “Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous.
