Level of Care
Residential Inpatient includes 30-60-90 – days (extended TBD)
Intensive Outpatient (based on client evaluation)
Outpatient (based on client evaluation)
Our Program is structured in Two Phases
Growing Awareness and Early Acknowledgment
One of the most important parts of this phase is the transition from awareness of the problem to actual acknowledgement that action is needed. Few experiences
are as essential to an addict as the moment when he shifts from denial to a
willingness to make a change.
Consideration / Active Recovery and Maintenance
Shift from awareness to action. The client is ready to take the first step toward recovery, often in the form of learning more about addiction and the impact it is having on their life and the lives of the people they care about. The consideration stage is important because this is when the addict begins to look beyond himself and to understand that friends and family have been negatively affected by his choices and behaviors. Recovery is about much more than overcoming an addiction to drugs or alcohol, it is a complete transformation of mind, body and SPIRIT.
Inpatient (IP) Level of Care
Designed to cover all aspects of the recovery and healing process. This includes a detailed assessment where we identify struggles and focus on shifting behavior by creating a treatment plan tailored to the needs of the client.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Level of Care
Designed to meet the needs of each client on a case-by-case scenario. This option includes complete attention on addiction, boundaries, life skills education, group processing and individual processing. All rules and regulations will be enforced upon each arrival.
Outpatient (OP) Level of Care
Outpatient Treatment is designed after a client has met the qualification for inpatient treatment (but not necessary) this type of level of care is based on individual and group hours that must be met each week. This option is designed for those that must remain in school or in the workforce during treatment. All rules and regulations will be enforced upon each arrival.
Individual counseling is a core process to the healing phase. Each client will be assigned to a counselor for daily progress, curriculum assignments and healthy communication skills. Each approach will be with prayer and guidance from the Holy Spirit.
Designed to break the strongholds of social phobia, isolation and powerlessness. Group processing can be powerful as you engage with others who understand your addiction.
Bible Study, Discipleship, Church, Prayer Room, Worship

Revival offers a prayer/worship room to those who desire to retreat into the presence of the Lord.
